We are a mobile locksmith. We come to you.

How a job goes

At the lock, the work shares the same first step: we match the latch, cylinder, key or hardware in front of us and deal with the part that is holding things up. After that, the jobs split. A vehicle may need a key, a fob or an ignition cylinder. A home may need a deadbolt, rekeying, a lock change or a strike adjustment. A business may need exit hardware, master keying, closer work or keyed entry for the door that controls access to the premises.

On the phone, it helps when a caller can say what is locked, what type of key or lock is involved, and whether a key is missing, broken or stuck. For a vehicle, it helps to know if the key has a chip or if the fob does the work of the key. For a home or business, it helps to know whether the door uses a knob, lever, deadbolt, mortise lock or exit hardware. If that is not clear, we ask questions and sort it out from there.

Because the van comes to the lock, the work happens where the problem is, on the vehicle, the door or the safe itself. There is no need to remove hardware and carry it elsewhere or wait for a part to come back from somewhere else before we can look at it. We work on the lock in place, fit or replace what belongs there, and adjust the piece in front of us so the key, cylinder, latch or exit device is the focus of the job.
